I have just bought an Otter dinghy and the hull/sail number is 783. Does anyone know if there is any record anywhere of sail numbers and date of manufacture? My boat was made by John Baker Ltd but they are no longer in business. I have done all the usual Google searches without any luck. Any help ap...
